Our model understands the demands a lengthy recruitment process can have on your time and resources, and the costs involved in not finding the right candidate. We may only charge a 10% fee, but we don’t compromise on quality. We simply use a unique ten-point model which includes:
- Detailed briefing with the client by phone or skype
- Advertising and search for candidates using our network/researcher
- Candidate brief
- Initial screening
- Skype interviews at candidate friendly times to suit them
- Summary of the interview feedback
- Presentation of the short-listed candidates for the roles by phone
